My goal with this space is to celebrate the experience of creating a wholesome meal, and the happiness that inherently grows from it. Food is a medium for fellowship. I view each mealtime as an opportunity to express gratitude to the earth, the day, and one another. Thanks for being here.
I’m Kelsey Boyte, the lady behind this gig. Shaun Boyte, my husband, captures our photos and films. We met as teens and have been navigating this crazy life (holding hands and bonking elbows) ever since. We currently live in Denver, Colorado.
Over the course of the past five years, Happyolks has reinforced for me that we are not alone; there are thousands of people in this big crazy world who share similar passions, interests, and goals. Together, we can be better, do better, and inspire new ideas and new ways to look at the world. My mind has been consistently blown by your love, generosity, and kind regard. I keep you all with me in my heart.
